I have always loved books; I was the kid who could happily fill a long journey or a weekend curled up with a book. For as long as I can remember, I have always found the best way to go to sleep is by making up a story - some of which become novels.

Writing Dear Lottie was such a surreal journey; it was just me and my ideas for years before I shared the story with the world, and the response was truly magical. I love writing, I love editing, and I love sharing my books with my readers.

As well as following my dreams of being an author, I am also in my fourth year of university, studying a degree in English Literature and a primary school teaching assistant.

I live in a pretty village with my husband, two beautiful girls and two adorable pugs. Family is everything to me; I hope my girls can see that dreams can be achieved. I hope they make big ones for themselves and believe they can do anything they want.
